Marco - you are always right, just like my wife - ifs and buts notwithstanding. Had the sun not come up today, I would have a been a billionaire.

Best everyone checks with properly qualified tax people - i.e not random forum posters. My understanding is that tax rules are circumstantial and not product specific. The intention if the tax payer is paramount in determining the nature of the profit. Not the nature of the product itself. With all respect Marco - you seem all wise on all topics. Be careful with your advice/opinions across the board.

The yields on the smaller cap REITS are really good. Dividing 1 mill in Tex, TWR and AWA will give you around R8300 p/m. Two of them TEX and TWR also have decent oversea's exposure.

How predictable am I !!!!!

This will be my last post on CML.
She bounced above the 20sma for 5 days before breaking down through it towards her next support at the bottom BB. The BB channel has narrowed to the extent that she cannot move much either way between the bottom BB and the resistance at the 20sma.
The USA is green big time at this moment and she may make another break through the 20sma but I doubt it as she was stuck too long breaking down through it.
I will post a chart via my tablet.
You have been harping on day in and day out, non-stop about CML for ages on both forums. You now have 5 consecutive posts, essentially talking to yourself. Your persistent CML posts is certainly one reason I limit my vists to both forums (not that anyone cares anyhow). I know you won't stick to your promise in the first sentence, but at least give it a serious go.

Talking to myself again as always. Anyway, I tried and failed to get some responses. It is sad that this competition has SO many entrants and no interaction.
Are you guys all 1c investors and are now too embarrassed to post? I doubt it. I will not post anymore as I feel that I have wasted my time.
Please promise.

The thread topic and actual discussion is an anomaly. Financial freedom in my mind implies abundance and not financial deprivation, i.e. being (forced to be) satisfied with essentially very little and convincing oneself that is OK. That is like high-fiving yourself for having failed. Financial freedom is not having to drive an old Nissan, not having DSTV, etc.
