Hi Patrick,
I bought 25858 MIX shares on 2014-06-05 for 4.30 and sold them today for 4.39.
My holdings are:
Total dividends received: R1,944.80
Cash on hand (including dividends): R4.15 (0% of portfolio)
Total fees paid: R40,876.68
Net profit on share sales: R158,169.66
What just happened? I did not receive cash in hand? I did not sell at a loss.
I've just been cheated out of R113,396.62 ?
I'm not way at the bottom of the leaderboard which should not be the case. :'(

June so R600 000
+Total dividends received: R1,944.80
-Total fees paid: R40,683.88
+Net profit on share sales: R158,169.66
=719430.58
-R599,348.70
=120081.88
So your cash on hand should be R120 081.88 right?
Then we need to figure out how you have a negative holding in PNC...

My total networth on the leaderboard is incorrect as well as the displayed profit from sales in my holdings.

How far off is it. Most likely you're not taking 30% off your profits for tax...

Its off by a bit. So I thought I'd dust off my old high school algebra book to do the calculations.
I copied my trading history and copied it into an excel spreadsheet.
I summed up all the transactions excluding shares I currently own, they give me
a total of R27,460.29 profit. Minus the transaction costs, R9,376.28, which gives me
R18,084.01. Multiplied by 0.3 to get the tax that must be subtracted, which gives me
R5,425.20 tax.
The net worth is R635,773.60 (at time I did this calculation). Subtracting tax, gives me
R630,348.40. Which is a 5.05% gain.

If I look at my account via the leaderboard it shows:

VOD Vodacom Group Ltd 4723 12700 13106 3.2% R618,996.38 84.57%
while if I look at my account via the "My Holdings" tab:

Not sure why I have a negative shares holding PNC via the leaderboard.....
