A recent US study indicated that 1 in 4 people are @$$holes. If your 3 closest friends are okay, then.......

Moenie worrie nie. They always come to an agreement at 99.99 time out. We will just have to suffer the down days until then. No ways will either party allow another recession as it will hurt there own pockets and families.
I started here with nothing and still have most of it left.

Same here, but secretly I'm hoping the fear sticks around for another two weeks as I have some backpay kicking in and I'd like to get better value for money on my next bunch of purchases  8)

Especially considering market ended up +507 points yesterday, but at least we anticipate their sneakiness and use it to our advantage. (But unfortunately had to get burned one of twice before I realised how they are playing it, I was dumbstruck, being pure of heart myself I just could not believe tactics used.) :D

It seem communication is the name of the game again with House Republican leaders and Obama having a 90-minute meeting at the White House last night.  No deal was made but at least they agreed to continue talking.  This made markets happy with DOW ending + 2.18%, NAS +2.26% and S&P + 2.18%.  Asia also up with 5 of their major market doing > 1% atm.

VIX -15.92%, Moons F&G 34 Fear, IGM T40 +174

No major eco reporting today.

Last day to trade vir divvies: AVI, CPI, JDG, WBO
