Arnold Fourie is known as a great CEO that thrives on turning bad Co's around and his cost cutting measures. I still have faith in him to get this sorted.

agreed, partly because I bought another 10 000 today  O:-)

I changed my mind, his sales were not related, there has been a updated sens out as well.

some persons have simple thoughts at times(LIKE ME), But then Johan Meiring from Mayibue was also known for that before  the BFS story and BFS is still suspended.

The Fourie family seems to know something that we don't. They bought over R20M shares the past few days. I can't see them appeasing investors with that much of their own money if the charges will stick.
Then again, if you look at MTN that did the same last year and the drop was short lived. TIG is another culprit with constant price fixing and major fines.
I will hold on to it.

I would have thought that PNC would have recovered more by now. Maybe there is more bad news to come. ?

I'll take a bit of a gamble and keep it. My thinking is that the charge won't stick as how is the accuser going to prove it?

36ONE is has been a top performing UT fund manager for years so they should know what they doing. Imara has PNC as a hold from this week due to price action.

The story of my life. Once again the markets have shown me the middle finger. Sold PNC at 6.99 to preserve my money just before the SENS and before this new development with the bribery case. To top it all, I bought ADI with my loss and now am loosing more. Eish.  :wall:

Well I held on to my Pinnacle and yesterday saw my potential paper loss drop from about R 42,000 to now a more manageable R 9,000. Was going to use it as a CGT tax write down later in the year but will hold as won't get the write down was anticipating
