Not sure I like the sound of that - but could be reading/understanding it wrong.

Wonder if trading cost will be cheaper. Could see EE jumping in.

If I recall correctly when this was first mentioned in the news, one of ZAR X's main "selling points" was that it would be cheap and fast.
