Title: Media24's Welkom Yizani trading platform

My mom holds some Welkom Yizani shares. We were very happy with the dividend paid out a few months ago when Novus was unbundled. However, the process for registering on their trading platform (http://www.welkomyizani.co.za/) is very onerous. So I'm looking for someone who has successfully registered, to give me some tips.
