Got an evaluation recently for this stock, which indicated a buy.

So my question is would you buy for LT portfolio, if so what would be your entry level price for the stock ???

Currently trading @9960 and evaluation puts it a @12000 fair value.

I have APN, enough for now, looking at DSY, MDC and RHODES, but MDC looks to be the better buy at this stage?
