Apparently offer broker services without actually being the broker.

Wondered if anyone here had heard of them.

Turns out it's the Interstocx scammers under a new name, MegaStocx Inc

Cunning buggers declare bankruptcy when they get too many complaints via the NCA/NCC and then just restart with another name. Banks can't do anything either.

Looking for MSI didn't yield any info, but Instastocx certainly did.
