A Dividend question

Is there a website anywhere that will give me a summary of shares that pay dividends with the following information:
Share price
Dividend information
and most important, how often and when normally based on past payout dates.

Why - I want to build an income portfolio out of dividend stocks. Bugger the growth. I want a dividend income every single month for 12 months per year. To me it's all about cashflow!

Yes I can go into every stock/ETF/ETN and go and look at this on a chart but what a slep! Surely there must be a website where this is logged?

I have a look through all the resources I have access to and unfortunately, aside from checking each company individully, I can't find anything better.
If I recall correctly, I think Fin24 used to offer this or something similar, but they closed down their Dashboard site a few months ago.

I looked all over the show. It's just not something that's well logged. I do try and capture them all here. Some are automated, but the ETFs aren't:

Most ETFs pay quaterly, to get a dividend monthly would mean you own quite a number of shares. A lot of work trying to keep on top of all of them... If I was hoping to live on dividends I'd probably just put my money into the STXDIV and make sure that I had enough to live on for the next 3 months.

Well you do need a lot of shares to create a dividend income, but my solution for that is share installments and any other derivative that has gearing and very little time decay, like, and correct me if I am wrong, CFD's.

For example, share installments are geared 2 to 1. Of course you do not get geared derivatives on all shares, but that I will figure out how to do. For now I just want to get the nitty gritty out of the way.

Share installments are ok but there are tax implications with them as they normally have a currency of one year and from a SARS perspective this would be seen as trading versus investing. So to get out from under the trading umbrella you would have to buy in at a price that may not be suitable
