Yep, been far too busy. I'll get the next entry done soon. Still have the controller, batteries and management system to do, plus the little random bits and pieces.

That's the way I see it too. I'm not going to tell anyone to sell their house, as it's what they choose to spend their money on. I just won't buy another.
Sheesh P, your blogs usually makes me feel like a silly spendthrift, pinpointing to my guilty pleasures and all like that.
Now, for your next blog write about something that is not only a good investment but good for the soul (fun) as well.
I've got one... Have a child, very expensive, but there's a chance he'll be the next Tiger Woods or JK Rowling
The blog is a little more on the extreme side than most people's tolerance. I'm just trying to buy my way to having more free time in future to do interesting things.

Totally agree, I bought a lemon at the wrong stage of the property cycle. But I think even with a god buy the market would have come out on top. Going forward, who knows. If the indi gets 28% for 5 years again I'll be a very happy man... But I'm not expecting it to. Must agree with you on the sleep easier at night. There's a huge amount of comfort in owning your own home.
