If you are, make sure you use a separate account from your investment as your tax will become a nightmare like mine.

Could you reprimand vodacom for me while you're at it. It's my only stock still in the red...Sorry. Don't have it in my portfolio so cannot use my psychicological stuff on it. Try burning sage and doing a rain dance around your pc.
There's a lot of ETFs out there, so you're still picking, you're just picking a basket. I've been happily holding the satrix indi for some time now, and it's beaten just about every fund manager out. Whether it will continue to is the question.Good choice. I have always recommended STXIND to people that don't have time to watch their portfolio every day. The day I retire I will transfer all my pension into it and only check up on it after my fishing trips. It has been the least volatile and best performing STX of all and doing 30%+. UT managers would love to get the same gains.
This competition is about the 'top performers', and that's most likely to be the person who makes the best bet on an individual company (or two). In reality I wouldn't be that foolish. I would (and do) stick to ETFs. But seeing as this is just a game, it's all about "the punt" and I don't mind just throwing my money on a company like I would on a race horse.
Metair. You have been my worst performer over 12 months. Doing less than 40%?It worked. She woke up at long last.
If you don't wake up now, I will sell you and add to your room mate CML that has done 111%. Even your other roomy PNC is beating you by 20%.
What concerns me more is that porno_ster is 48th and I am only 223rd . Thus he/she has a better job than me, and they are better at investing....You being screwed pal. Porno is on top and you on the bottom.![]()
