Traders traded her down to close the gap and by chance, this was also at support.

Not quite. SAB made a bounce off support and after closing the gap.

So far so good with PNC.
Here is OMN with the same trend reversal signal. Note that the second candle can be a Doji (no gain or loss), small green or red body.

Forgot to add that the last 3 candle formation is a textbook Morning Star. If I were trading it, I would take profit at 2400 where the gap will close.

Here is one of mine. Stock is PNC.

1. After this red large red candle, the amateurs sold off big time and this caused a gap down.
2. Now amateurs start buying thinking that it has bottomed and push it up a bit.
3. Amateurs buy thinking it has gone too low.
4. Here is a Doji candle. Buyers and sellers are equal. Professionals look for this and await for a signal to buy.
5. Up it goes and and a buy signal is born.

He took advantage of the momentum. High PE but it is good to go much, much higher.

The industrials had a harder knock than the ALSI, but could go a bit lower. Nobody can predict a bottom but from the chart, it could be now or 48. Shouldn't go lower than that 200 ma line though.

Public Investment Corporation, Investec and Coronation have made major acquisitions in Metair over the past few months. Now these 3 Co's are not to be scoffed at. After all, they are investing huge amounts of pension money into it.
Coronation bought millions of shares but could not do so on the market as there were not that many available. The price was negotiated and made off market.
This major purchase by a reputable Co that cannot after all these years put their name to shame. They must have done some homework to pick MTA. Coronation is after all the best Investment Co in SA and has been for many years. Perhaps not the best performing, but by the most Plexcrowns they achieve year after year.
