Hi Orca

May I please know where you buy these one litre mixes from?

Just had my 4 year anniversary of no cigarettes. I started on 18 mg juice at 50/50 PG/VG and menthol flavouring. I have since cut down to 8 mg 50/50 with no flavour and it works out very much cheaper as the flavour concentrates are expensive as is the nicotine.
Now I order a litre bottle already mixed to my specs and only use 4 ml per day. That costs me R400 and lasts for 8 months.

Perfect advise again.

I have the plan. It always helps me bouncing these ideas others.

TFSA gives a nice curveball.  I love HYP. Been so good to me so far. I call it my bedrock share in my main portfolio.  :TU: :TU:

Mr Div. Very insightful. A question please. Where would you open a TFSA where you can buy a REITS such as HYP?

Thanx for the reply. Do you feel healthier? Like as an example you can easily go for a walk without huffing or puffing. :TU:

Hi. Thanx for sharing this. Do you feel healthier now than you when you were smoking cigs? Also do you smoke the one with or without nicotine?

I'm still cutting over. A bit scared but I will be ok

So similar to my own story.  Now I'm buying REITs as well. Very cool. Looking at what the real performance will be like in 10 years time. I hope to tell the tale

I've gone from 100% property (my house and two rental apartments) to 100% equity over the last few years.

In my case equities have far exceeded property. I have invested in unit trusts before, but I don't like the fees, so now I do an even split between the Satrix Indi and the eRafi indi in my regular portfolio and my tax free portfolio.

Don't think I could make more through CFDs, I would quite likely lose cash and gain stress.

I guess one will get tax after you are dead...does that that mean tax is superior >:D  :wtf:....I guess that is life.

I recently went the trust route and am enjoying the benefit of splitting my ceilings on limits. So the trust will will be taxed separately to me and vice versa. Additionally, no waiting times for the family in terms if living expenses. A little bit pricey but worth it.  Better than giving money to SARS.

In essence I will have two portfolios- one in the Name if the trust and one my personal name.

Now let me open the floor to critiques as I still from time to time think of all the admin effort for tryst (setup & maintenance)

Enjoy the week
