I once held ASHMID (when it was still RMB) and sold it. Never looked at it again. CTOP50 is great for the 10% cap on the share although if I had to start over I'd have a hard look between it and MAPPSG. Wouldn't bother with a regular T40.

If you have STXEMG then there's almost no point to take ASHGEQ over STXWDM.
I currently hold CTOP50, STXWDM, STXEMG and STX4IR so I approve of your choices. You only need to add PTXTEN and GLPROP and you have my TFSA portfolio

I have seat warmers in my car. I've forgotten about them until now :p
