I don't have gap even though I've been meaning to get it for the last few years. But lately I've been thinking that I don't really need it because all the ops and things my wife and I have been in hospital for have been covered by my hospital plan and all the doctors and surgeons and anaesthetists are contracted in and I make sure of that in advance. The only risk in NOT having it is if we're in a car accident and I'm not in a position to ensure them who are treating me or my wife are contracted in.
