Got an evaluation recently for this stock, which indicated a buy.

So my question is would you buy for LT portfolio, if so what would be your entry level price for the stock ???

Currently trading @9960 and evaluation puts it a @12000 fair value.

Shares / Price Fixing
« on: April 01, 2015, 02:32:07 pm »
So, it might just be the novice in me, but I have seen some small caps share price take a nose dive, and then looking at the volume of share sold, it literally is only a few hundred to a couple of thousand. This would continue day by day, some time, a upswing cause the volume would increase, might be that it reach the price point for someone else, and they do a buy. But eventually
the downward trend continues with lower prices and small volumes , and then suddenly  you see huge volumes say 600k or more. Is this legal? Or is this just a small cap thing?

Shares / Share Buyback
« on: March 10, 2015, 10:10:49 am »
So I was wondering about the impact of a share buyback scheme by a company, and how this effects the shares price, if indeed any?

Take for instance Glencore which have been going trough a buyback scheme. Any insights about this??

STXFIn     33.3%
DBX USA  33.3%

Hoping to add some blue chips in the next 6 months.

Not much of a gambler, don't have the stomach for it, so mostly go for stable, also still have some time left, retirement only in about 25y.

Post yours and comment on mine if you like. :TU:

Off topic / Tax Document
« on: May 12, 2014, 09:54:36 pm »
Hi,

Can someone please tell me if there is a specific document (name of document(s) would be helpful) from SARS, that complies with most if not all the online broker requirements for
extra documentation that one would need to submit at registration, like the statement below from ABSA stockbrokers,

Quote
A document issued by the SA Revenue Services bearing the name of natural person and tax number

I find it best when asking something from SARS that you give specifics, like ITB3 or IRP5, instead of just generalizing.

Thanks
