I saw the article on tymebank - how do you transfer the money from your virgin money credit card into tyme bank?

You don't!

Transferring cash out of a credit card means instant interest. You use the Virgin money card for your monthly expenses, ie go into debt and pay it back at month end, and then transfer the money from your bank account into Tyme bank. Or to save a step (unless you travel overseas a lot), just bank with Tyme bank.
