Wasn't sure where to put this, but the markets been pretty good the last little while. So good in fact that I've made my year end goal with four months to spare! This is a big step for me, but I'll save the details for a blog post later this year
Couple of other things worked in my favour. One of my other assets paid out a little more than expected, and my monthly costs were a little lower than anticipated, but yeah all these small things seem to add up.
Anyway, hope I don't sound like I'm gloating, and of course I realise that things can change very quickly in the market. I don't actually check the numbers too often but when I logged in today, I was quite pleasantly surprised with the numbers I saw. Makes me feel that all this investing is actually quite a good idea
