Where do I find the option to smite somebody with positive or negative karma on this forum?

I just clicked on your "applaud" and it upped your Karma to +4. Do you not have a [applaud] [smite] below the word "Karma"?

Nope, mine doesn't show 'applaud' or 'smite', there is nothing.

My original question should have seem very silly then,

I just don't know how I picked up the word smite in the first place, my sixth sense not so bad hey?.
