Nobody can say whats going to happen tomorrow, let alone 2 years from now.

It is so, nobody knows but if you just look at one small issue as number of tax paying people vs expenditure, you will see a trend and if it does not alter course, (why would it), then an expected outcome is most likely. That was one issue, we face several unfortunately and we don't have wise and pro-active leaders, so we just mosey along until we get there.

Why would SA approach the IMF for a bailout (which leads to a regime change according to this journalist)? The BRICS Bank (New Development Bank) has been launched in Shanghai. South Africa would be stupid to go to IMF now that BRICS Bank is in operation.

As a South African living in China, I believe it's unlikely the Chinese government would NOT help the ANC government (Mandela, SACP, etc).

Don't think the BRICS bank will do any good while China, Russia and Brazil are all busy having their economies tanking out from underneath them.
