Title: Advice about merging two companies

Maybe there are some people here with experience using CIPC and doing company registrations. I have one Closed Corporation and one (Pty) Ltd. I want to sell the assets of the CC to the (Pty) Ltd. What are the basics steps for doing this without using an Accountant?

I think there is absolutely no way of doing that without an accountant, it's not some simple thing like pay personal income tax or something like that. There are tones of issues may arise in that merge. Why not just hire anyone ? If you are able to have money for companies why not spend a bit more ?:)
